A little help makes all the difference.
Someone to sit and talk with, healthy meals in the fridge, errands run, and rides to appointments. Everyday support that helps you stay in your own home from one person you get to know by name.

You may have noticed
The small things are getting harder and nobody wants to talk about it.
- The mail is piling up.
- There is more expired food in the refrigerator than fresh.
- Appointments get missed because asking for a ride feels like a burden.
- The house that was always tidy now feels like a lot.
This is not failure. It's simply a new season — and the right kind of help makes it an easier one.

Straight answer
$30 an hour.
Two-hour minimum. $0.725 a mile when driving is involved. That's the whole price list.
Care like this only works if you trust the person doing it, and trust starts with straight numbers. No hidden fees. No minimum term, and no notice period to stop. No obligation to keep going if it isn't the right fit. You'll always know what a visit costs before it happens, and we'll put the details in writing so we're both clear.
Why families choose me
- It's one person, not a rotation. You get to know me, and I get to know you.
- Nutrition is part of the job. Eight years as a health and wellness coach comes with me through the door.
- I live here. Same stores, same streets, same winters.
- I come alongside — I don't take over. Independence is the point.
Getting started
Three simple steps.
- A free conversation. We talk about what's going on and what would actually help. No pressure and no obligation.
- We meet in person. I come to the home so we can meet face to face and see how we get along.
- We set a schedule. Something regular works best, and we can always adjust as things change.
