Credentials

The question behind every first phone call.

It's almost never “what do you charge.” It's “can I trust you with my mother?” That's the right question. Here is everything I can show you.

Background checked

A comprehensive background check with a clean record.

CPR / First Aid / AED certified

Current certification through the American Red Cross. I'm not a medical professional, but if something happens while I'm there, I know what to do until help arrives.

Fully insured

General liability coverage carried on the business.

Certified health & wellness coach

Eight years of professional experience in nutrition, healthy aging and whole-person wellness, which is why meals and nutrition are part of what I do rather than an afterthought.

I bring documentation of all four to the free consultation: the background check, my CPR/First Aid/AED certification, and proof of insurance. You should never have to take any of it on faith.

Plain language

What “non-medical” means.

Seasons Care Services is non-medical companion care. That means I help with daily life: getting places, eating well, keeping the house manageable, and having company. I don't administer medication, provide nursing care, or help with bathing, dressing or toileting.

That boundary is deliberate. It keeps you safe, it keeps me inside my training, and it means I can be honest with you about when you need a licensed home health agency instead. If that day comes, I'll tell you plainly and help you find one.
